Is there a contract?
No. The plan renews month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from the in-app account page.
What if I need more than 5 projects in a month?
Extra projects are billed at $8.25 each, invoiced at the end of your monthly cycle. There's nothing to upgrade or manage.
What's the $499 Starter Kit for?
It covers your engraver and the starting materials to get going: we ship you a Keepsake engraver, ready to run, along with the materials for your first prints. It also covers onboarding, with live one-on-one training for your staff, enrollment in phone and email support, and account setup, configuration, and provisioning.
Is there a way to try this before I buy it?
Yes, and it costs you nothing. We set your clinic up with a trial account and you use the Keepsake app exactly the way you would day to day: pick the photo, frame it, choose the material. The only difference is that we engrave it here and ship it to your door instead of it coming off an engraver on your counter. The packet that arrives includes additional samples, so you can see the range of what the engraver produces before you commit to anything. One free keepsake per clinic.
One apology in advance: signing up sends you through a full checkout that asks for payment details. The total is $0 and your card is not charged. We know that is an odd thing to ask for something free, but it is how our system provisions an account, and the gate is there on purpose, it is what keeps bots and people fishing for a free engraving out. We also confirm that every print is going to a real hospital. Keepsake is only offered to practices that resell it, so we do not ship to home addresses.

Yes. Your subscription includes software updates, covering security fixes and entirely new ways to use the engraver. We're always working on new ways to help you drive more revenue. We're currently testing custom stickers and dog tags, and we put everything through thorough in-house testing before we release it, so what reaches your clinic is ready to run.
Do you monitor my jobs?
Yes. We monitor every job and proactively reach out when we see a potential concern, so issues get handled before they slow you down.
What kind of support is included?
Email support is included every month, plus 30 days of phone support after setup. Most clinics find they rarely need us once they're up and running.
